The Provision of Transportation Services project, executed by Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services on behalf of the Afghanistan Infrastructure & Rehabilitation Program (AIRP), Louis Berger Group (LBG), and Black & Veatch (B&V) under the auspices of USAID, aimed to facilitate transportation support for various development projects across multiple regions in Afghanistan. Activities Undertaken:

  1. Needs Assessment:
    • Conducted an initial needs assessment to identify transportation requirements for ongoing and upcoming development projects in Kabul, Mazar, Herat, and Kandahar.
  2. Fleet Management:
    • Managed a fleet of vehicles, including trucks, buses, and SUVs, to meet the diverse transportation needs of project teams and stakeholders.
  3. Route Planning and Optimization:
    • Developed route plans and schedules to optimize transportation efficiency and minimize travel time between project sites and logistical hubs.
  4. Driver Training and Supervision:
