The project titled “HR Management, Payroll Processing, and Supply of Personnel” is a comprehensive initiative undertaken by Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services on behalf of the NGO, Dohesa, based in Kabul, Afghanistan. This project spans from January 2024 to December 2024 and aims to fulfill the human resource needs of Dohesa while ensuring efficient management of personnel and payroll processing.

Key Components:

  1. HR Management: The project involves the strategic management of human resources, encompassing recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services will oversee all aspects of HR management to ensure the effective utilization of personnel and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Payroll Processing: Accurate and timely payroll processing is critical for maintaining employee satisfaction and compliance with labor regulations. Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services will establish robust payroll processing systems and procedures to calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits for all staff members in accordance with legal requirements.
  3. Supply of Personnel: The project includes the recruitment and deployment of personnel across various categories to meet the staffing needs of NGO Dohesa. This includes:
    • 14 Professional Management Staff: Individuals with specialized skills and expertise in areas such as project management, administration, finance, and program coordination.
    • 33 Skilled Staff: Employees possessing specific technical skills or qualifications relevant to Dohesa’s programs and projects.
    • 47 Laborers: Workers engaged in manual or semi-skilled tasks to support the implementation of various activities undertaken by Dohesa.

Project Objectives:

  • Ensure the timely and efficient provision of qualified personnel to support Dohesa’s operations and projects in Kabul, Afghanistan.
  • Establish transparent and streamlined HR processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Facilitate accurate and compliant payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursement and adherence to legal requirements.
