Project Overview:

The project implemented by Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services for the Afghanistan Justice Organization:

  1. Project Initiation (April 2020 – May 2020):
  • Contract agreement signed between Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services and the Afghanistan Justice Organization.
  • Project kickoff meeting held to discuss project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Detailed requirements for electrical tools specified by the Afghanistan Justice Organization.
  1. Planning and Procurement (May 2020 – July 2020):
  • Development of a comprehensive project plan including procurement strategy, logistics planning, and delivery schedules.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers of electrical tools.
  • Issuing requests for quotations (RFQs) to multiple suppliers for the required electrical tools.
  • Evaluation of supplier proposals, negotiation of contracts, and finalization of procurement agreements.
  1. Logistics Planning (August 2020):
  • Developing a logistics plan for the transportation of electrical tools to various provinces including Kandahar, Helmand, Farah, Herat, Faryab, and Takhar.
  • Coordination with transportation providers to arrange for the delivery of tools to each province.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant customs, import/export regulations, and permits.
  1. Procurement and Delivery (September 2020 – October 2020):
  • Procurement of electrical tools from selected suppliers.
  • Quality assurance checks conducted to ensure that all tools meet required specifications and standards.
  • Coordination of delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of tools to each designated province.
  • Monitoring of delivery progress and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
  1. Distribution and Installation (October 2020 – November 2020):
  • Coordination with local authorities and representatives of the Afghanistan Justice Organization in each province for the distribution of electrical tools.
  • Ensuring safe and efficient installation of tools at designated sites.
  • Providing training to relevant personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the electrical tools.
  • Conducting final inspections to ensure that all tools are installed correctly and functioning properly.
  1. Project Closure (November 2020):
  • Completion of all delivery and installation activities in Kandahar, Helmand, Farah, Herat, Faryab, and Takhar provinces.
  • Preparation and submission of all project documentation including delivery receipts, installation reports, and training records.
  • Conducting a project review meeting with the Afghanistan Justice Organization to assess project outcomes and address any remaining issues.
  • Handover of project deliverables and closure of the project.

Throughout the project lifecycle, Awtsaar Logistic and Consultancy Services maintained regular communication with the Afghanistan Justice Organization, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that the project was completed successfully and to the client’s satisfaction.
