Customs Compliance and Trade Regulations: Advising on customs compliance requirements, import/export regulations, tariff classifications, valuation methods, and documentation standards to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border trade operations.

Trade Sanctions and Export Controls: Providing guidance on compliance with trade sanctions, export control regulations, and embargoes imposed by government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Transportation Safety Regulations: Assisting with compliance with transportation safety regulations such as the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, and Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (HMTA) requirements.

Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Regulations: Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and carbon emissions reporting requirements, including initiatives such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, carbon footprint reporting, and sustainable packaging standards.

Data Privacy and Security Compliance: Advising on compliance with data privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other data protection regulations, ensuring secure handling and processing of personal and sensitive data.

Product Safety and Regulatory Standards: Providing guidance on compliance with product safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and industry-specific standards relevant to the client’s products and operations.

Labor and Employment Regulations: Assisting with compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards, including issues such as wage and hour laws, employee rights, occupational health and safety (OSHA), and workplace harassment prevention.

Documentation and Recordkeeping Compliance: Developing and implementing documentation and recordkeeping processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including document retention policies, audit trails, and compliance reporting.

Regulatory Training and Awareness Programs: Providing regulatory training programs, workshops, and seminars to educate employees on regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Regulatory Audit Preparation and Support: Assisting clients in preparing for regulatory audits, inspections, and assessments by regulatory authorities, including conducting mock audits, preparing documentation, and providing support during the audit process.
